If you could have dinner with 1 person who you regard as a leader, who would it be and why?

Amy Cuddy, because I admire her relatability and confidence as a psychologist/author whose empowering findings on body language are both simple and accessible to all.

What motivates you to create social impact?

I believe that leveraging the diversity, dignity, and solidarity within a community can go a long way to create positive change, and it is within my values and abilities to help put these pieces together.

Host Site Overview

At Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco (Habitat GSF) our mission is to provide local families with a springboard to secure, stable futures through affordable homeownership, financial literacy and neighborhood revitalization.

Host Site Project

In the coming fiscal year, the Fellow will work on the Measurement & Learning team, focusing on (a) monitoring program data and progress toward achieving short and long term outcomes, (b) blend quantitative and qualitative data to communicate Habitat?s impact externally and (c) actively partner with other Habitat affiliates to strengthen data and knowledge sharing across affiliates. Under the management of the Director of Measurement & Learning and as part of a diverse cross-functional team the Fellow will be responsible for conducting and/or supporting internal analyses (e.g. updating quarterly program dashboards, supporting data requests from other departments, etc.) and external analyses (e.g. leveraging external databases to situate Habitat GSF?s data in context with the community data) to inform Habitat GSF’s progress toward intended impact. The Fellow will also assist in working closely with the Fund Development & Communications teams to provide data to be used in grant requests and external publications.
