If you could have dinner with 1 person who you regard as a leader, who would it be and why?
The president of a college or university — perhaps even Clayton Spencer of Bates College (shout-out to Bates!). I am interested in learning about the dedication and organization required to appease multiple collaborators and address a variety of on-going challenges, while simultaneously maintaining a positive public image.
If you could create your own social enterprise, what would it be and why?
I would create an organization for youth with mental health issues, including programs rooted in positive youth development and relationship building. To me, it is imperative that “suffering” individuals feel empowered and supported by mentors from a very young age.
