If you could have dinner with 1 person who you regard as a leader, who would it be and why?

It may sound cliche, but I would love to have dinner with Martin Luther King Jr. for two reasons: first, because I sometimes wonder if the way we remember his legacy fully captures or does justice to everything he was and did and everything he stood; and second because I can think of few examples that better embody my understanding of true leadership (empowering ordinary people to make the change needed to improve their lives, in the midst of risk/uncertainty).

Describe in 1 sentence, what motivates you to create social impact?

More than anything else, my faith has always motivated and continues to motivate my lifelong commitment to public service and social justice.
