If you could have dinner with 1 person who you regard as a leader, who would it be and why?

I’d love to have dinner with Tina Fey; witty and wonderful, not only has she forged a path for women in comedy, but she has given countless women creative advice for coping with professional, academic, social, and personal problems (plus I am a fellow sketch-comedy writer, so we could geek out over that).

What motivates you to create social impact?

Many people have overcome far more than I to change the world in extraordinary ways; I have the responsibility to do my part to leave even a small impact.
