New Sector RISE Fellow, Alumni Relations This position is an exciting opportunity to make a long-term impact on the emerging alumni relations program at Year Up. Working across the many facets of this program, this role will focus in particular on program development through a combination of analysis, communications, and technology. This role will gain experience in project management through collaborating with IT, Marketing, and alumni leadership to develop a web portal, creating a Salesforce Community to benefit our alumni while enabling Year Up to better track, categorize and measure alumni engagement. The role will also focus on several projects that will help us better understand the progress our alumni make after they graduate. This position will work closely with staff and the National Alumni Association (NAA) Board and Committees. By the end of the fellowship, this integral role will contribute significantly to an online alumni community, as well as build processes that strengthen our ability to measure and evaluate the progress and success of our alumni as we prepare the program for rapid scaling and empower alumni leadership to take more ownership of this work.
