If you could have dinner with 1 person who you regard as a leader, who would it be and why?
I would choose Yuri Kuchiyama as she was one of the first role models I had as a political Asian American woman, particularly due to her groundbreaking work connecting the struggles of Asian and African Americans in interracial solidarity.
What motivates you to create social impact?
I am motivated to create social impact by my desire to bridge the knowledge and expertise of the professional social sector with the work of community organizations I’ve been involved with in LA and Seoul, South Korea that are committed to social justice and change for their communities.
