Our fellows complete a comprehensive curriculum designed to prepare them for non-profit leadership. Sessions are presented by a range of speakers, including New Sector Staff and expert Trainers who include social sector leaders, management consultants, career coaches, academic faculty, and others. Formats include lecture, case discussions, small group collaboration, individual reflection, role play, and others.
Fellows also give individual presentations to their cohort, and work in their learning teams to develop trainings. These fellow-led sessions fill out New Sector’s training curriculum and ensure that we are better fulfilling the interests and needs of each cohort.
Social Impact Leadership Curriculum
New Sector’s Fellowships provides early career professionals with a robust professional development experience that combines experiential learning, training, mentoring, and personalized coaching and support.
