Brittney Jackson (she/her) is a creative systems thinker, skilled facilitator, and operational guru. To the world of faith and justice, she brings a wealth of experience leading strategic initiatives and people-focused projects in complex, multinational organizations. As Chief Operating Officer at Faith Matters Network, Brittney engages staff and stakeholders in participatory organizational management and has direct responsibility for financial health, strategic visioning, and helping staff to thrive.

Prior to FMN, she held roles in data analytics and information systems management for manufacturing and healthcare technology companies. Brittney has worked as an advisor for nonprofit organizations in long-term disaster relief, reproductive justice, and prison reform. She has also been a consultant for startups and established small businesses in education, technology, and creative industries. Brittney earned advanced degrees from the Divinity School and Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, and is an alumna of Purdue University. Unaffiliated with a religious community, Brittney is an avid reader, dog lover, and active spiritual explorer, identifying as a spiritual none.
