Cyrus Hair is a therapist and clinical supervisor in the Therapeutic Teaching Model at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. This innovative, school-based mental health program collaborates with federal level IV special education schools, families, and communities to address childhood trauma and school behavior issues through relationships and meaning-making.
Cyrus is dedicated to helping others and aims to foster a culture of sustainability at the Wilder Foundation by providing tools and strategies to combat burnout among his colleagues. He believes that resilience and self-esteem are rooted in an authentic self.
Cyrus holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College and a Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota. He is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
In his free time, Cyrus enjoys kayak fishing, nature, video games, and spending time with his partner.
