With 10 years of global experience in nonprofits, philanthropy and health systems, Krutika has worked with diverse groups across the globe to co-create sustainable and equitable solutions to complex social problems, particularly related to health, gender and reproductive justice, through research, advocacy, systems-level interventions and community engagement. In her current role as the Director of Programs, in the Center for Social Sector Leadership, Haas School of Business, Krutika is implementing and overseeing several social impact programs aimed at building the future generation of young leaders. Krutika holds a Master of Science in Social Work, with a specialization in Social Policy and International Social Work from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social Work from the National University of Singapore.
