Candice Dixon

Executive Director, Command Shift, NPower

“Leadership Longevity was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had in my professional career. If you're dedicated to mission-driven work but are experiencing burnout, LLF is an opportunity for you to form a new community dedicated to learning and sharing strategies that will have a profound effect on your own wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of those you work with and serve.”

Candice is a non-profit leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting local (Atlanta), national, and international organizations. Her work has centered on community building, workforce development, gender equity, health equity, human trafficking, and programs empowering women and girls.

Candice has raised more than $20 million and currently serves as the Executive Director for NPower’s Command Shift Coalition. There she leads a coalition of corporate, nonprofit, and community leaders committed to accelerating women in tech. Candice is a committed community leader, having volunteered for Whitefoord.org, United Way of Greater Atlanta, and LEAD Atlanta. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2015. Candice was also recognized as one of Atlanta's 40 under 40 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was honored as a member of PRovoke Media's Innovator 25 class of 2022.
