Facilitator & Coach
Liz Peintner has served as a consultant and advisor to New Sector Alliance since 2017. In addition to her work with New Sector, Liz serves as a certified leadership coach and a course facilitator for the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD Online Business Program. In this role, she supports professionals from across the globe in building greater self-awareness and new leadership skills. LEAD courses facilitated include Principled and Purposeful Leadership, Creating a Life of Consequence, Values-Based Leadership, Foundations of Leadership, Leadership Agility, Leading Effective Teams, and Communicating with Impact.
Liz has also advised nearly 150 aspiring social entrepreneurs at Stanford GSB (including 6 Echoing Green Fellows) on topics such as impact measurement, organizational structure, design thinking, early-stage funding, team dynamics, and leadership skills. Liz has a Master’s Degree in Social Work (specialties: management of human services/community organizing) from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Kansas State University. She is trained and certified as a coach by the Co-Active Training Institute and International Coach Federation. She was in the first cohort of Designing Your Life coaches to earn certification, and she is a Certified Values Coach with Discover Your Values.
